Coronavirus (COVID-19) Communication

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your flexibility and understanding during this difficult time.
Your willingness to work with us has made it feasible for us to continue our work.

At this time, some of our operations are beginning to reopen, others have identified a specific date for reopening and others are still in the planning phase.  Regardless of the timing for your project, we want to assure you that your health and well-being, as well as the safety of our job seekers, is our top priority.
Many safety precautions are being implemented, which could include any or all of the following:
  • The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Cleaning and disinfecting procedures, including use of hand sanitizers and hand washing
  • Alternate work schedules
  • New processes regarding numbers of customers and/or staff in the buildings
  • Ways to ensure appropriate social distancing, such as physical barriers or spacing requirements
  • Screening or taking temperatures of staff and customers entering the worksite
These new procedures are not intended to infringe on your rights but are designed to keep you and our customers safe.  Employees and customers who are not willing to follow these procedures will not be permitted in the work area.  Your local Project Management Team is working with your local board (or other agencies) to determine the appropriate precautions based on state and local requirements and will notify you of these requirements.
We ask you to understand that it is imperative that all of our employees stay aware of potential hazards in the workplace and report them to your supervisor.  We also ask that if there is a reason that you cannot return to work onsite (due to childcare or medical considerations), please contact HR or your supervisor.  The Federal laws that have been enacted to deal with the COVID-19 issue have very specific requirements that we can discuss with you in order to meet your needs and the needs of the company.
As always, if you are sick, stay home and notify your supervisor.  If you are being tested for COVID-19, or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive, it is imperative that you self-quarantine.  We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate steps we need to take.
We welcome your comments and suggestions.  Your health and safety is our primary concern and we are working to keep everyone safe as we continue to provide services to our communities.

Update related to COVID-19 and the operations of our workforce centers:

As you are aware, the virus pandemic has understandably created many unknowns and much fear across our country.  Dynamic Workforce Solutions is committed to your health and well-being, to being prudent with our operations that affect the public and our staff, as well as observing the safety protocols that can help keep you safe.

  • At this time, all staff are expected to report to their assigned work site.  We will continue to monitor the situation and will follow the guidance provided to us by our various boards and state governments.
  • Travel restrictions:  All business travel will be limited to essential operational needs where no reasonable alternative is available. All travel, even if it has been previously approved, must be approved by Paul, Chris or Terri.  If you plan to travel for spring break or other personal reasons, we strongly encourage you to avoid high-risk areas and either postpone or cancel your travel plans, if possible.  You may face higher risk of infection, a delay in your return home and/or the requirement to self-isolate upon your return.  Should you travel to an area that has experienced a significant outbreak, we ask that you follow CDC guidelines regarding self-quarantine upon your return.
  • The CDC is updating its Coronavirus site DAILY.  We encourage you to keep yourself informed through this site. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/summary.html
  • We continue to emphasize hand washing and utilization of hand-sanitizer for all staff.  PLEASE wash your hands regularly during the day and follow social distancing protocols to the greatest extent possible.  We ask that you wipe down your personal computers and keyboards regularly as well.  If you need supplies, please notify your supervisor.

This is a VERY fluid situation so please be prepared to be flexible.  Be prepared to have your work interrupted.  While we may not be able to work in the ways in which we are accustomed, we are able to continue to serve our customers, allay their fears about their job situations and assist in many ways other than in-person, if necessary.  We encourage you to continue to work hard, as you all do, but know that we may simply need to provide our services in new and different ways.

We sincerely appreciate all that you do.

As you are aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been dominating the news media and is on the minds of many of our employees. We would like to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our employees are our top priority. While the risk level remains low in the U.S., we would like to encourage you to take the following preventive measures to help stay healthy.
•       Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze.
•       Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
•       Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way.
•       Avoid contact with those who are ill.
•       Notify your supervisor and stay home if you are sick.
•       If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance.
Additional information about protecting yourself and identified high-risk areas can be found on the World Health Organization’s website.  We encourage you to visit this website and take steps to protect yourself, including avoiding travel to these high-risk areas.
To help prevent the spread of disease, if you are sick you will be required to stay home. Please discuss your situation with your supervisor.  If you or anyone you have come in contact with is diagnosed with this virus, please immediately notify your supervisor.
Remember that you are required to report all absences to your supervisor. We will continue to monitor and assess the situation and we will update you as we take appropriate actions to protect you and help limit the potential spread of the virus.
