Inge Suchanek Is The Newest Employee Of The Quarter
EOQ winner Inge Suchanek with DCF Training Project Director, Beki Lockery (left) and DWFS President Terri Leisten
Inge Suchanek is a creative and strategic thinker that provides Extreme Customer Service to her internal and external customers on a consistent basis. As part of a team that provides training resources for Wisconsin Child Support workers, she embraced the opportunity to step up and address the needs of the customers when there was a sudden loss of experienced trainers available.
To meet the needs of the customers, Inge had to increase her work hours and find innovative and resourceful ways to accomplish her deliverables. She delivered 6 classroom sessions of 4 different courses in 4 different cities which included facilitating 78 hours of training to 67 workers, updated the E-Region software platform used to delivery computer training and reviewed an updated policy and process changes while providing technical assistance to new workers. While doing all of this Inge also created a conference workshop that was attended by over 50 people.
According to her Project Director, Beki Lockery and Supervisor Dave Turk, “This type of quantity and quality of work by Inge, if not the only reason, but certainly is a primary reason that DWFS recently was given two additional positions in the Child Support allocation.” Congratulations Inge for the well-deserved honor of being Employee of The Quarter!
